General Use Of PedigreeParadise.com
PedigreeParadise.com provides the following (the "Service") - visiting users with resources to locate purebred dogs, cats or horses, or to locate breeders of purebred dogs cats or horses, and PedigreeParadise.com provides registered member users with resources to list their own Animals (dogs, cats or horses) and Organizations (Kennel, Cattery or Farm), and provides breeder Website design and hosting. You understand and agree that PedigreeParadise.com assumes no responsibility for accuracy, relevance, timeliness, removal (accidental or intentional), mis-representation or mis-delivery of any of the content added by member users. PedigreeParadise.com is provided on an "As Is, As Available" basis. PedigreeParadise.com makes no warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to PedigreeParadise.com or any information contained therein.

Acceptance of Terms
PedigreeParadise.com provides the Service to you (the User) subject to these Terms & Conditions, which may be updated from time to time and all updates may be found on this page http://www.pedigreeparadise.com/terms.aspx. The User acknowledges and accepts these terms by completing the general Registration Form (found at http://www.pedigreeparadise.com/register.aspx). PedigreeParadise.com reserves the right to Cancel, Suspend, and/or Permanently Delete the User's Contributed Data and/or Account Information upon discovery or suspicion of any violation of these Terms, express or implied. The User agrees that any loss of Data or Uploaded Files is not the responsibility of PedigreeParadise.com nor may PedigreeParadise.com or any of its owners, stakeholders and primary officers be held responsible or liable for damages or monetary loss for any such data loss.

Description of Service
PedigreeParadise.com is an advertising service and a breeder website development and hosting provider. PedigreeParadise.com is not an intermediary for financial transactions, and is not responsible for any kind of transaction carried out between a breeder member and a visiting individual, company or institution. Cost to The User for the use of service is $24.99 per year with a one-time $10 setup fee. Price may be subject to change at any time without notification to existing subscribers. Setup fee may be waived on some subscriptions. Offer Codes and discounts apply to the total initial fee charged upon registration, and do not apply to renewal fees. The User may cancel their subscription at any time. Fees already received are non-refundable.

User Contributed-Content
The User understands that all information included in the Pedigree Database (including but not limited to Animal Data, Videos, Breeder Directory Listings, Animal Photos, Visitor Statistics, and other contributed data) is entered by Registered Members and that PedigreeParadise.com makes no warranties or guarantees as to the accuracy, timeliness, and availability of all User-Contributed content. PedigreeParadise.com assumes no responsibility for the original copyright of any information or graphical image uploaded or added by Registered Members - responsibility for honoring and abiding to original copyright on any content is assumed by the Registered Member who contributes said content.

Privacy
PedigreeParadise.com does not share User details with third-parties except where required by law. The User agrees to receive communication from PedigreeParadise.com in the form of E-Mail, Telephone call, or Postal Mail from time-to-time. Member Conduct
The User is expected to abide by International Copyright laws. The User may not upload or add any content to which they do not hold the copyright and is responsible for any violations. PedigreeParadise.com will work with authorities when and where required to investigate and potentially prosecute any infringement of copyright.

The User may not upload any pornographic, illegal or illicit pictures or data of any kind. Any violation of Member Conduct terms may result in immediate Suspension or Permanent Deletion of the Member's data and/or registered account. PedigreeParadise.com will work with law enforcement when and if requested to investigate and/or prosecute any violation of American, Canadian or International laws.

Indemnity, Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The User agrees that PedigreeParadise.com, all of its owners, officers and stakeholders assume no responsibility for, nor liability for, the User's activity and Contributed Data.

Modifications to Terms or Service
The Terms and Conditions, and/or Services Provided by PedigreeParadise.com may change from time-to-time and the newest agreement may be viewed at any time at http://www.pedigreeparadise.com/terms.aspx. The User assumes responsibility to periodically check for updates and be aware of the Terms of Use for PedigreeParadise.com.

Intellectual Property Notice
This Site contains original Intellectual Property, which is not limited to but includes: All Original Graphics, C# Code and Functionality (both Compiled and Open), Communications From PedigreeParadise.com, Database Schema and Database Programming, and JavaScript (except where original copyright mentioned as held elsewhere). All said Intellectual Property is the property of PedigreeParadise.com and its Owner/Operator. Any violation of Intellectual Property law will be investigated and prosecuted TO THE FULL EXTENT OF AMERICAN, CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL COPYRIGHT AND I.P. LAW.
